Delivery Procedure and Costs

The method of delivery and cost vary depending on country of delivery. The amount quoted below is the charge per order and is not cumulative. 

Availability

We aim to hold all items in stock at all times. However, sometimes a product is even more popular than we expected and there may be occasional delays. If so we will advise you at the time of ordering and give you our best estimate of delivery times.

Order dispatch

For Special Delivery orders processed before 12 noon (GMT) we aim to dispatch goods to you the same working day. Please allow up to seven days for Standard Delivery orders.

Christmas Deadline 

When ordering for Christmas it is always advisable to order early to avoid disappointment. Last orders for Christmas delivery using our standard services UK is 12 noon 17th December 2011 and for express services UK is 12 noon 21st December 2011. Deliveries to Rest of the World last order date 12 noon 6th December 2011

UK Delivery Charges

UK delivery is charged per order, no matter how many parcels we send and whatever the size of your order.

UK Standard delivery 3/7 working days £4.99
UK Express Next working day for orders processed before 12:00 a.m.  
£8.99

European & Rest of World Delivery Charges

Please note for all international deliveries there will be a 3 day delay in dispatch and costs will be significantly higher than for the UK.
